Introduction

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile applications published by Rocasoftware on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store ("the Apps"). By using any of our Apps, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Rocasoftware is operated by an individual independent developer. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how our Apps work.

Information We Collect

Our Apps are designed to minimize data collection. We do not require account registration and we do not collect your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information directly.

The following data may be collected automatically through third-party services integrated in our Apps:

• Usage analytics — via Firebase Analytics (Google). Includes anonymized data such as session duration, feature usage and crash reports. This helps us improve the Apps.
• Advertising data — via Google AdMob. Free versions of our Apps display ads served by AdMob, which may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant advertisements. You can opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
• Purchase data — via Google Play Billing or Apple In-App Purchase. Transactions are handled entirely by Google Play or Apple. We do not receive or store your payment information.

How We Use the Information

• To improve app performance and fix crashes
• To understand which features are most used
• To serve advertisements in free versions of our Apps
• To process in-app purchases (handled by Google Play or Apple)

Third-Party Services

Our Apps may use the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policy:

• Google Play Services
• Firebase Analytics (Google)
• Google AdMob
• Apple App Store (for iOS apps)

Data Retention

Analytics data collected via Firebase is retained according to Google's standard retention policies. We do not retain personal data on our own servers as we do not operate a backend server for our Apps.

Children's Privacy

Our Apps are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through one of our Apps, please contact us so we can delete that information.

Advertising and Opt-Out

Free versions of our Apps display banner and interstitial advertisements via Google AdMob. To limit ad tracking or opt out of personalized ads:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → turn off Personalized Ads

You can remove all ads permanently with a one-time in-app purchase available in each App.

In-App Purchases

Some Apps offer a one-time purchase to remove advertisements. All transactions are processed securely by Google Play Billing or Apple's payment system. Rocasoftware does not receive or store any payment card information.

Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of data held by third-party services. Please refer to the privacy policies of Google Firebase, Google AdMob, and Apple for instructions on exercising these rights.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
