Rodrigo Belloso
Independent developer and growth specialist. Building, launching and growing digital products from El Salvador since 2013.
I started building apps in 2013 — not as a side project, but as the main bet. No team, no safety net. Just code, Google Play, and a goal to make products that people would actually pay for.
Over the next decade I shipped 20+ apps across gaming, utilities, finance and productivity — for iOS, Android and iPad. Along the way I learned that building a good product is only half the job. The other half is getting it found, and making the traffic pay.
That's where I spent the next years: deep in App Store Optimization, SEO, paid acquisition and monetization. Not consulting others — doing it with my own apps, my own ad budget, my own revenue on the line. The results compounded: 30M+ downloads across the portfolio, markets in the US, Europe and Japan.
I'm based in El Salvador, fully remote, and work with clients and teams across time zones. Outside of work, I hold a private pilot license — something about the systems thinking and checklist discipline of aviation translates directly into how I approach product and growth.
Today I take on a small number of clients each quarter. If you have a digital product that needs to grow, I'd like to hear about it.
